Take Me to Church

Take me to church
in the grounds
between the trees
where the light
streams in
through the green
where Spirit touches
my spirit
and I am
healed.

Take me to church
where the stones lie
and they speak to me
of lumbering grounding
rock dreams
and the golden sigh
of crystals.

Take me to church
in the silence
of lit candles
and the shimmer
of incense
where I find
the Divine spark
that has always
lived in me.

Take me to church
with messages
from Spirit
shared love & light
from friends
and acceptance
with no limits
surrounds me.

Take me to church
with a private message
from God
One card
that leaves me
speechless.

Take me to church
wherever
and whenever
my soul sings.

  2. First wanted to say loved the saying’s, you know it reminds me so much how we felt back in the 60’s, and they all thought we were crazy with all that love of Mother Earth. And loving one another. And that’s what the world needs now. The beatle’s had it right, all you need is love. Peace to all. Amen.

      I love The Beatles too and their messages about love. My boyfriend is a big Beatles fan and has remained a happy hippie since that Flower Power era. Wish I had been able to experience that too.
